What would I do at Litmus?
Reporting to our Director of Mid-Market Sales, the Mid-Market Sales Manager will oversee a team of eight Mid Market Account Executives based in Cambridge, MA. You will set the bar high and hold your team accountable for pipeline creation and exceeding their monthly, quarterly and annual goals.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a big impact within a growing organization and segment.
Provide ongoing day-to-day leadership and coaching to a group of our Mid Market Account Executives in a high velocity sales environment
Work with each salesperson to set objectives and personal development plans. Ensure everyone understands what’s expected of them in their role, and how to reach their goals
Manage your team to success, including hiring, role onboarding/training, day-to-day coaching and mentoring; monitor the progress of the team and provide constructive feedback
Coach and manage your team to the inside sales process that has been developed to help the team build quality pipeline and manage opportunities to close
Set a strong cadence of monthly pipeline and deals creation to overachieve every month
Conduct weekly forecast and pipeline reviews, and forecast accurately for your team
Engage other corporate resources, including close collaboration with our BDR and marketing teams, to drive higher quality demand generation and to support your team in their monthly quota attainment
Leverage Salesforce.com to measure and manage teams across key metrics, including sales activity, conversion rates and sales forecasting
Maintain high activity, pipeline management and forecasting standards and coach the team on best practices
Focus on dashboards and key metrics to coach the team and to learn what is working and not working to improve team performance
Hire, onboard and coach new account executives
Maintain a culture of collaboration, friendly competition and fun

Minimum three years managing a successful team of mid market sales representatives
Minimum of eight years in Tech/SaaS sales
Ability to thrive in a high growth environment on a monthly quota
