What would I do at Litmus?

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and scheduling through to hire across a variety of departments (Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Support, G&A).

  • Implement and execute ongoing sourcing strategies that help keep the team ahead of our hiring goals.

  • Partner with hiring managers to establish best practices and set expectations for each open position.

  • Provide weekly reports outlining the status of each position.

  • Provide quarterly reports that increase organizational transparency for the TA team.

  • Manage our applicant tracking system, making sure that all candidate information and activity is properly logged.

  • Partner with the Sr. Manager of TA to continuously improve our process, efficiency, candidate and hiring manager experiences and employer brand.

  • 3+ years in a full-cycle recruiting position (corporate or agency).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You are process oriented and pride yourself on not letting anything fall through the cracks!

  • Excellent listening skills. You really hear what it is the hiring managers need and have engaging and meaningful conversations with candidates that enable you to determine their level of fit.

  • Strong sense of urgency. You understand how important it is to keep the process moving and to keep the lines of communication open.
