Principal Product Manager

What would you do at Litmus?

As a Principal Product Manager, you will work closely with the Growth, Design, Finance, Strategy, Engineering and Product Teams to conceive and execute the overall Litmus customer experience. On a given week, you may be building a new personalized trial experience with our growth and UX team or guiding the development of new enterprise capabilities with our Engineering, Sales and Marketing teams. You will be guiding and prioritizing the work of a team of engineers dedicated to drive customer engagement across www.litmus.com

Responsibilities:

  • Empathize with Litmus users to understand how we can attract new customers and connect them with compelling capabilities.
  • Conceive and evangelize new enterprise features and personalized user experiences to the rest of the company.
  • Develop business cases for new product development and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Engineering Leaders to prioritize requirements and develop sprint plans. Work with product and engineering teams to make decisions about complex problems.
  • Coordinate launch, marketing, pricing and customer support activities working with the corresponding teams.

Requirements:

  • A BA/BS degree, preferably in computer engineering/science. MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of product management experience in an online subscription business.
  • You have driven products that directly increase user growth, engagement and conversion.
  • You understand basic principles of UX design such as conversion, information hierarchy, and common UI.
  • You have a solid foundation in analytics tools and product management best practices that aids you in building rational arguments.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
